Hello and welcome! I’m Adrián, a chemist fascinated by the world of nanomaterials and their diverse applications. I hold a Chemistry degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, and a PhD in Sustainable Chemistry from NOVA University of Lisbon, Portugal.

My journey has taken me from Portugal to Cyprus, where I now focus on the world of metal nanoparticles. My work focuses on designing, studying, and applying these materials to address issues in sustainability, sensing, energy, and health. I’m always looking to explore new possibilities in this area, focusing on finding new ways to learn and contribute.
