Sports (referee edition)

I like sports. I like to watch and to practice them (at an amateur level, of course). If I need to choose one, my choice would be football (soccer). But I like it from a different point of view. From 2006 to 2016, I was a football referee and assistant referee in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia, Spain). I was doing it in approximately 500 matches. It gave me the possibility to meet great people, and I am proud to say that some of them are terrific friends nowadays. It taught me excellent skills like, for example, confidence, punctuality, responsibility, collaboration with my teammates, problem-solving, commitment or group management, among many others. I find them really useful, and nowadays I am taking profit of this knowledge in my work and day to day life.
